You must be over 18 to commission me.

All messages must be on-topic and relevant to the commission. As I am providing a paid service, conversation should be professional and business-oriented only.

An unshaded, high res digital reference sheet of your character or clear, unshaded, high res images are preferred. Unclear reference images may cost extra. If you just have a written description, that is considered a custom character design and my design fee will apply.

If you need help designing a character or don't have any images yet, I'd be happy to help bring your idea to life. However, it will cost extra as it takes much longer than a normal commission. The design fee varies in price, please ask me for a quote.

For larger commissions, I will send you at least one in-progress screenshot during the sketch phase. Please tell me then if you want any changes to be made. After the sketch phase, major edits will cost extra. Smaller edits, like color or marking changes, are free within reason.

For sticker/emote commissions, I reserve the right to reuse poses, expressions, and concepts between clients.

Payment & Refunds

I prefer Cashapp or Venmo (for most people) or Zelle (if we know each other personally) for payment. I also have Stripe and Square as backup options. Stripe and Square accept debit cards and credit cards, you don't need to make an account! I may be able to accept PayPal if it's your only option due to country restrictions or other circumstances. I can sometimes accept gift cards, Steam games, etc. as payment, please feel free to ask if you're interested in paying with one of these.

By default I take payment in full up front once your spot is next up in the queue. For larger orders ($100+) we can discuss payment plans if necessary. There's no need to pay to reserve a spot in the queue, I only take payment once I get to your spot.

I do not give refunds at the client's request, please be certain you can afford a commission before buying. If I feel I am unable complete a commission and have to cancel on my end, you will receive a full refund.

If you file a chargeback, I will never work with you again and I may warn other artists about the situation.

Usage

You may post the art anywhere and use it for any personal, non-commercial use, including cropping and editing. Please credit Cloudpie and indicate any non-crop edits made.

For Telegram sticker commissions, I will send you my credit sticker. Please include the credit sticker in packs that have my stickers.

Commercial usage rights are not included by default. Please ask me if you would like to purchase commercial usage rights, either during the commission process or at any point in the future.

My work is never allowed to be used for NFTs or AI training sets.

I reserve the right to display the art anywhere, use it as an example for future commissioners, and retain commercial usage rights. I can wait until after a certain date to post it online, or post it without your name attached, but I do not do completely private commissions.
